Account Deletion
Use this page to request deletion of your DocEase account and associated app data.

How to Request Deletion
Send a request to support@alturalabz.com from the email address connected to your DocEase account. Include the account email you want deleted so we can verify and process the request.
What Will Be Deleted
When your request is verified, we will delete or anonymize your DocEase account profile, settings, folders, files, scans, imported documents, document metadata, annotations, signatures, and other data associated with your app account, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance reasons.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited records when required to comply with law, enforce terms, protect the service, prevent abuse, or resolve disputes. Retained data will be limited to what is needed for those purposes.
Processing Time
We will review deletion requests and process verified requests within a reasonable period. We may contact you if additional verification is needed before deleting account data.
In-App Access
You can also access legal and privacy information from the DocEase app settings. If you cannot access the app, this public page remains available for deletion requests.
