DocEase collects the account information, profile details, settings, files, folders, document content, scans, images, signatures, annotations, and metadata needed to provide document creation, editing, syncing, search, storage, and account features.

We use information to operate DocEase, authenticate users, sync documents and settings, store and retrieve files, support document editing workflows, secure accounts, troubleshoot issues, and improve the app experience.

Documents, scans, imported PDFs, images, signatures, and related metadata are processed so you can create, edit, organize, protect, search, export, print, and download files. You are responsible for the content you upload or create in DocEase.

DocEase may request camera access to capture scans or photos and photo or file access to import images and documents. These permissions are used only for features you choose to use.

DocEase uses service providers such as authentication, database, storage, hosting, and API infrastructure providers to deliver the app. We do not sell your personal information. When you export, print, share, or download a document, that action is initiated by you.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide DocEase, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data from the Account Deletion page.

We use authentication, access controls, and secure storage practices to help protect account and document data. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should keep your login credentials private.
